Check-In, Reflect, Connect

Daily rhythm. Lasting culture.

$2,400 / year per school

Check-In, Reflect & Connect is a daily SEL practice that strengthens emotional intelligence and belonging for grades 5–12 and the adults who support them.

Check-In, Reflect & Connect is a structured daily rhythm

- a morning check-in that takes ~10 minutes, an afternoon reflection that takes ~10 more. Students learn to name what they're carrying, connect with their peers, and move through the day with more capacity for learning.

Teachers learn more about the emotional states in the room and how to hold the space skillfully.

The curriculum includes fully prepped facilitator guides, somatic transition practices between periods, and restorative response tools for the moments that usually end in a referral. Everything a facilitator needs to run it, ready to use.

What This Looks Like in Your School

Belonging

Do young people experience greater connection to their learning community? Do they show up differently when they know this practice is part of the day?

Emotional Awareness

Are learners developing more language for what they're experiencing? Do they express themselves more clearly instead of acting out?

Groundedness

Do students have practices they can draw on when things become difficult? Can they self-regulate instead of escalating?

Voice

Do young people have more opportunities to express what they need and what they notice? Are they heard?

Relationship

Are learners practicing listening, communication, empathy, and repair? Is classroom culture shifting?

Teacher Capacity

Do educators feel more equipped to facilitate conversations about emotion, relationship, and wellbeing? Do they have fewer behavioral issues to manage?

Practicing making space for the human need for safety, belonging, and connection

Check-In, Reflect & Connect is designed to build space for those conditions daily, weaving into the fabric of the school day rather than as an add-on program.
