Foundations Cohort

Five Sundays · Jan 10 – Feb 7, 2027 · 11am CST$333–$555, sliding scale — choose what fits. Enrollment closes Jan 8.

A deeper circle for people ready to practice Liberated Learning in community. For teachers, parents, leaders, healers, organizers, and practitioners who want to live the work, not only agree with it.

Most learning stops at the level of ideas — a workshop, a book, a training day, and then everyone goes back to working alone inside the same conditions.

Foundations does not stop there.

We practice together over time, in community, with the body, with relationship, with real life still happening around us. What often happens is that the work people hoped to offer others begins changing them first. That has been true again and again.

Five weeks of practice

Week 1 — Coming Home to Our Bodies You cannot hold space you haven't created within yourself first. We map our learning village and begin reclaiming parts of ourselves we've been asked to leave at the door.

Week 2 — Building Our Capacity The body is the first teacher. We grow somatic awareness and learn to notice what sensation is already telling us.

Week 3 — Restorative Repair Conflict is the portal to authentic belonging. We practice repair and experience how staying through discomfort deepens relationship.

Week 4 — Practicing Belonging We belong with all of life. We create a belonging ritual and feel our interconnection — not as concept, but as lived experience.

Week 5 — Integration & Commitment Wisdom harvest circle and closing ceremony. We name what we're carrying forward, make a commitment, and know we are not alone.

"It felt like this group was made up of lifelong friends from the very beginning. I truly feel that a strong community has been established, and it will continue to grow."
Amanda Zubia, Cohort Participant
"I didn't have one teacher, I had many in this group. I learned that before I can teach others, I must connect within myself, with the land, and my ancestors. We are a living ecosystem, and together we all blossom."
Ashley Rivera Cohort Participant
"I pause more when emotionally triggered and am able to use body practices to move emotions through instead of suppressing and storing them. I don't allow my anxiety to take over when conflict arises anymore. I still acknowledge it but I don't let it take control."
Nichole Retherford, Cohort Participant

This is for

  • Parents who know their child needs something radically different
  • Educators holding the tension of creating healing spaces inside institutions designed to harm
  • Homeschoolers, unschoolers, and those building something new who need a framework and community
  • Facilitators and healers who work with children and know, in your bones, that we all deserve better
  • Leaders exhausted from systems that were never designed for our liberation
  • Those ready to move from knowing into practice

People come to Foundations for many reasons. To support their children, to teach and lead differently. To reconnect to the body and stop carrying the work alone.

The timing

We begin January 10 — deep winter, when the work happens underground where no one can see it yet. A Leo full moon rises between weeks two and three. On the eve of our final gathering, a solar eclipse. Letting the sky be our elder.

How we gather

Every Sunday at 11am CST, two hours live. We open in the body, practice together, weave in community, and close with what wants to be carried forward. All circles are recorded.

Time commitment: roughly five hours per week, designed to nourish, not deplete. You adjust your depth - some weeks go deep, some weeks the minimum is enough.

If you are ready to practice this work in a deeper circle, come.

If you're reading this and something in your body is saying yes, you are not alone. We need each other. And we are not alone.
